Sarah Goodman is a Summer Associate at Relman Colfax. She joined the firm in 2026 and contributes to the civil rights litigation group. Sarah was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and is a rising third-year law student at Stanford Law School. During law school, Sarah has worked for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the New York Court of Claims, Stanford’s Youth and Education Law Clinic, and as a research assistant to a member of the U.N. Committee on the Rights of Person with Disabilities. She is the Symposium and Online Submissions Editor for the Stanford Journal on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. She also leads the Social Security and Disability Pro-Bono Project and the Older Wiser Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Sarah graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Political Science and worked as a Senior Legislative Assistant in the California Legislature. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking for friends and visiting museums. She is also fluent in Spanish.
