Nellcie Bodden joined Relman Colfax in 2026 as a Civil Rights Paralegal. Her work focuses on supporting the firm's civil rights litigation and counseling practices.
Originally from Roatán, Honduras, Nellcie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Columbia University in 2025. During college, she served as President of the Caribbean Student Association and Vice President of the Columbia Pre-Law Society, where she organized career and networking programs that connected students with leaders in the legal profession.
Before joining Relman Colfax, Nellcie worked as an M&A RWI Analyst at Atlantic Global Risk, where she supported domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions through legal and transactional due diligence. She previously interned at Kirkland & Ellis, supporting the firm's Administrative and Human Resources teams; at Project Rousseau, where she provided legal support to asylum seekers; and with the Municipality of Roatán, Honduras, assisting with legal research and community initiatives.
Outside of work, Nellcie founded Roatán Youth for Change, an initiative that hosts an annual community event providing toys, school supplies, food, and other essential resources to more than 600 children and families in her hometown. During her free time, Nellcie enjoys styling outfits, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
