Ruby joined Relman Colfax in 2021 as a Summer Associate focusing on civil rights litigation.
Ruby graduated from Harvard College in 2017 and began law school at the University of Michigan Law School in 2019. At Michigan Law, Ruby serves as an Articles Editor on the Michigan Law Review and a President of the Michigan Law ACLU student organization. Before joining the firm, Ruby interned at the Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, where she worked on employment discrimination matters. Ruby also participated in Michigan Law’s Worker’s Rights Clinic representing individuals denied unemployment benefits during her first year in law school, and spent two years prior to law school working as a paralegal at a plaintiff-side civil rights firm focused on employment discrimination law.
In her free time, Ruby enjoys running, discovering new breakfast places, and road-tripping around the country.
