Ms. Milton practices primarily in fair lending compliance and civil rights litigation.

Ms. Milton graduated from Yale Law School, where she was a Student Director of the Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation Clinic and the Hearing Officer Project, a member of the Clinical Student Board, and a co-chair of Yale OutLaws. During law school, she interned with the Fair Housing and Community Development project of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and was a summer associate at Relman, Dane & Colfax.

Prior to law school Ms. Milton spent eight years working on foreclosure prevention issues, including as a mediator in the consumer services division at the Minnesota Attorney General’s office and as Manager of Lender Services at a national HUD-certified housing counseling agency. She also worked as a community organizer in Minneapolis.

Ms. Milton graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Macalester College in 2005.
