Ms. Miller practices primarily in civil rights litigation.

Prior to joining Relman, Dane & Colfax, Ms. Miller was a law clerk for the Honorable Jane Branstetter Stranch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Honorable Kevin Hunter Sharp in the Middle District of Tennessee. Ms. Miller also spent two years litigating individual and class action employment discrimination cases for plaintiff’s side firms.

Ms. Miller graduated from Stanford Law School, where she received the Deborah L. Rhode Public Interest Award. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Youth & Education Law Project, interned with the Senate Judiciary Committee, and worked as a summer associate at a civil rights firm. Ms. Miller also served as Features Editor and Legislative Notes Editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review and volunteered with two criminal justice organizations, Project ReMADE and Street Law.
