Ms. Lowe practices primarily in fair lending compliance and civil rights litigation.

Prior to joining Relman, Dane, & Colfax, Ms. Lowe worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Ms. Lowe first worked as an attorney in the CFPB's Office of Supervision Policy, where she provided legal guidance to field examiners, and later worked in the Office of Enforcement, where she assisted in several major investigations of large companies. Ms. Lowe had previously interned in the CFPB's Office of Fair Lending, where she worked on settlements in auto lending discrimination and redlining matters. 

Ms. Lowe graduated from Harvard Law School where she was a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Tenant Advocacy Project, representing low-income tenants in their appeals against Massachusetts-area public housing authorities. Prior to law school, she worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors as a Senior Research Assistant on matters related to the 2008 Financial Crisis.
